Bimini’s, Bahamas

Bimini, which means “Mother of Many Waters,” was first settled in 1920’s by freed Bahamian slaves who left Nassau in search of better opportunities.

With the islands of the Bimini’s, Bahamas only 65 nautical miles from our home port, you are only a couple of hours from diving in the crystal clear waters. Once there, choices of dive locations range from snorkeling several plane crashes in 6 feet of water, the Sapona wreck in 12 feet of water, the Bimini Road to Atlantis, pristine reefs to a wall dive beginning in 140 feet of water.

Bimini once served as the base of operations for rumrunners from Nassau. Once Prohibition took effect in the United States, and when Ernest Hemingway found his way here in 193, Bimini began to develop its own tropical vacation allure.

Our trips typically leave on a Friday morning and return Sunday evening, but we can plan a custom itinerary for you.
